⠀⠀⠀ The company officially orders a business card site in the agency, the agency sends the order to the designer-freelancer.
⠀⠀⠀ To work, you need to buy a couple of photos. Who should buy them: the customer, the agency or the designer himself?
⠀⠀⠀ In such situations, the designer, the agency, and the customer can buy images. But the right to reuse under the license remains only with the buyer.
⠀⠀⠀ The best option is for an agency to purchase images, which is responsible for the legality of the use of images. In such a case the firm has the full right to refer to the contractor in accordance with the contract. In the case of a firm’s verification of the customer, the contractor must provide proof of the legality of the use of the images, even if the contractor (the same freelancer) provides this proof.
⠀⠀⠀ Images can not be transferred, but the result with their use (site) is, of course, possible. But the customer of the site can no longer use this image independently in other materials.
